The client, which is the largest pharmaceutical company in India, approached us for an Enterprise solution for their manufacturing plant in Goa. The company had unsuccessfully tried to implement two well-known ERP solutions for quite sometime. The frustration was visible and they wanted a system that really worked. They wanted to start small and see how it will work before going ahead with full-fledged expansion. So the solution was to initially cater to their production and packaging needs.

We understood the requirements of the client using agile methodologies such as customer stories. A web-based enterprise solution was developed using agile development methodologies that helped us deliver the application on the customer premises within 6 months. The solution is extremely user friendly and the architecture was designed such that it can be easily customized for any manufacturing company (including non-pharma) to meet their individual needs. The solution is successfully running at this plant for over a year and the client has approached us recently for expanding the implementation to another plant.
