"Mavenz" or "mavenz.com" or the "Site", which includes the content, the software applications available through www.mavenz.com or the website, is owned by Mavenz Management and Technology Services Private Limited, a company incorporated in India, hereinafter, referred to as "Mavenz" or "the Company".

This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information posted by you for our services on mavenz.com. Please note that some Mavenz-branded websites or websites we operate may be governed by separate privacy policies. The policy that applies on any of our domains or subdomains refers to the policy that appears in the footer of each website.

We automatically scan and may manually filter messages to check for spam, viruses, phishing attacks and other malicious activity or illegal or prohibited content.

Change of Ownership

In the event of a change in ownership, or a merger with, acquisition by, or sale of assets to, another entity, we reserve the right to transfer all of your Personal Information, including email addresses, to that entity. Mavenz will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users of such a transfer (by a posting on the home page, or by email to the email address that was provided to us, as chosen by us at our discretion).

The security of your personal information is important to us. Your information is stored on our servers located in India. We treat data as an asset that must be protected and use lots of tools (encryption, passwords, physical security, etc.) to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure. Changes and Updates to This Privacy Policy
